Angelica (Angel) Barcelo is an Executive Assistant at Applied Policy, where she supports the CEO and other C-level executives while ensuring coordination across the company’s verticals. Angel has extensive experience in high-level administrative support, with a background in event planning, calendar management, and coordinating internal and external meetings. Before joining Applied Policy, she served as an Executive Assistant at Pave America, providing executive support in a role that emphasized discretion and confidentiality. Angel also worked for four years at The Rosewood in Washington, D.C., where she led departmental trainings and managed the needs of high-profile guests and VIP clients as a Rooms Division Supervisor, contributing to the hotel’s five-star standard of excellence.

Angel holds a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Management from De La Salle University in the Philippines and is fluent in Tagalog.
