Donnie Lucas is the Administrative Assistant at Applied Policy. Donnie supports the policy consultants with all clerical and administrative challenges, allowing the Applied Policy team to focus fully on serving client needs.

Donnie holds a degree in Business Administration, with more than 20 years of executive administrative experience.  Prior to joining the Applied Policy team, Donnie was Shift Supervisor for Planned Companies, a real estate management business. In this role, she trained front desk concierge employees to manage a high visibility position so residents and visitors to Planned Companies’ buildings would receive superior customer service.
