Justine Frame is a Health Policy Associate at Applied Policy where she assists with research and analysis in a variety of health policy areas with primary attention to durable medical equipment, medical diagnostics, and pharmaceutical policy. Ms. Frame performs regular analysis of reimbursement policies from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and U.S Department of Health and Human Services.

Ms. Frame’s previous experience includes working as a bilingual customer lending advisor for Scotiabank in Canada. Ms. Frame graduated from St. Francis Xavier University with a Bachelor of Arts in International Development and Anthropology.
