Marlowe Galbraith is a Health Policy Associate at Applied Policy, where she assists primarily with research and analysis for durable medical equipment and diagnostic testing companies. She additionally works on Applied Policy’s marketing and communications efforts, including the monthly Northern Virginia Health Policy Forum.

Marlowe regularly performs analysis of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and Health and Human Services reimbursement policies. She designs white papers, written summaries, and PowerPoint presentations to assist Applied Policy clients’ understanding of the market and changes in the regulatory landscape.

Marlowe’s previous experience includes conducting research for the Vermont Department of Health’s Infectious Disease Department, where she worked on various COVID-19 studies and state-level health surveillance and analysis. Marlowe has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor concentration in Health Policy and Business from Penn State University.
