Stephanie Lomas is a Senior Health Policy Manager at Applied Policy. She has extensive experience in health policy and reimbursement developing her expertise through her work at biopharmaceutical companies and consulting to healthcare companies.

Before joining Applied Policy, Stephanie was an Associate Director of Public Policy & Government Affairs for Biogen, where she ensured patient access and reimbursement under public payers for Biogen’s therapies. Prior to that, as a part of Genentech’s Government Affairs Public Policy & Reimbursement team, she developed strategies to ensure patient access and public payer reimbursement for products in Genentech’s portfolio.

Before her in-house work in the biopharmaceutical space, Stephanie was a health policy and reimbursement consultant helping various biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostics clients successfully secure coverage, coding, and payment for their products.

A double major, Stephanie graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Molecular & Cell Biology and English from the University of California, Berkeley.
